About on par with industry market average, could be better, could be worse.

The pay was generally what I expected and had researched about the industry, but I understood there was lots of room to progress and increase it.

The firm assesses the pays every six months. The pay is slightly less than other companies, particularly other industries but this is offset by the significant amount more experience and training I receive.

I would obviously like to be paid more, but I know the salary is right around the norm for firms in the same industry.

Pay is regularly reviewed, it is clear what needs to be done to progress up the ladder, and people are regularly promoted.
