We want to make a difference to the world's health. Bega closely identifies with the global trend towards natural foods. We provide innovative natural products to support health, physical performance and wellbeing at all stages of life.
As Bega grows, and the world around us changes more rapidly, we find ourselves on the frontier of new markets, new opportunities and new ways of working. That means each of us will need to grow personally.
It is personal, but not a solo effort; by supporting each other, we grow together. That starts with understanding people for who they are and inviting each other's unique strengths toward our common goals.
We have been reflecting on our work environment and thinking about how we can make it more inclusive and even more inviting of people's contribution and talents. That's why in 2018 we launched our diversity and inclusion charter. It provides some guideposts for how we can all be part of creating an environment where everyone is contributing, learning and thriving.
Achieving together
We believe everyone can learn. We encourage our people to capture the value of their experiences and look for the same in those we hire. In our journey to build a great Australian food company we have many new challenges, so we need people who are open to new ideas and constantly building new capacities guided by their strengths.
We look for people who live our values and encourage others to do the same - people who are invested in the growth of others as much as they are in their own growth, and people who bring others together. Then when you join us, we encourage you to run the business as if it was your own. That means investing as if it were your own money, and being inventive, resourceful and collaborative. With Bega, you have the freedom to achieve
